The Safety Fire Extinguisher is ideal for grease fires. It is a standby, multi-purpose safety aid for kitchen, garage, workshop, or auto use. You can use it on wood, paper, liquids, and grease. The foam used in this fire extinguisher is a special foam formulated by 3M Corporation and used by airport fire departments. The formula will not allow a fire to spread. The foam turns into a liquid and eventually dissipates. This is a non-toxic foam. It is entirely safe around food and people. The unit has an accurate spray nozzle and the valve has a safety tab that must be broken by applying pressure before it will discharge. This is the only step in operating the fire extinguisher. The contents are U.L. Approved and the extinguisher comes with a free replacement policy.
